UK: Birth Anniversary of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) celebrated

On 30th of October Minhaj-ul-Qur'an Women League South UK was invited to celebrate the birth of Beloved Holy Prophet (peace be upon Him and His family). MashaAllah, the love of Holy Prophet(SAW)'s household, Gosha-e-Durood band true message of Minhaj-ul-Quran's mission was beautifully and powerfully conveyed to the audience of over 80 sisters in Fitrah sips, Southampton, through the deliverance of excellent speeches and heart touching Naats.

The programme started with The Holy Quran recitation and Naats. The special guest speakers were Sister Nusrat Mehmood and Sister Asma Murtaza. MashaAllah, the audience listened attentively throughout the whole program.

Sister Nusrat Mehmood delivered an excellent speech on our Beloved Prophet (peace be upon Him and His family). She then went on to describe the hard work that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is doing for us and we should do our best by changing ourselves and becoming better practicing Muslims. We should sacrifice our time and wealth for the betterment of Islam and the mission. She urged all the sisters to join Minhaj-Ul-Quran and to organize Gosha-e-Durood in order to gain more Islamic knowledge and for children to learn more about their religion and become better practicing Muslims.

The sisters listened with full sincerity and concentration throughout the speech and were truly moved by the influential speech. She continued by describing Gosha-e-Durood building which is a unique place where after the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Madina where greetings and salutations continue to be offered on the Holy Prophet (PBUH) round the clock throughout the year. Free Gosha-e-Durood Books were distributed & well explained by Sister Nusrat, so that they can organize weekly Durood programmes.

Following this Sister Asma Murtaza delivered the speech on the topic of "love of Holy Prophet (SAW)'s household". She then went on describing a hades where our beloved Prophet (PBUH) told his companions that he is leaving them with two weighty things: The Holy Quran and his Household. She went on describing that Holy Prophet’s (peace be upon Him and His family) love and affection towards Hazrat Fatimah-ul-Zahra (R.A). All sisters listened to the speech attentively.

Following this beautiful Naats and Salaam were recited by the sisters who attend the Minhaj-Ul-Quran Aalima class. Every eye was full of tears as a little boy made recitation of Naat-e-Rasool (SAW). A heart-warming Durood Shareef and Salaam was recited by a small boy of four years who attends Minhaj-Ul-Quran evening school in London. All the sisters gave their contacts and showed huge interest to join MWL and to work on the path of faith. MQI is imparting an education of love and obedience of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), which provides the basis for uniting the Ummah into one coherent whole.

Everyone joined in the celebration by reciting Naats and Salaam in a group. MashaAllah, Mehfil-e-Milad was a spectacularly splendid and blessed day to remember and everyone felt the beauty of being the followers of our Beloved Prophet (peace be upon him and his family).
