Multan: MWL holds organizational workshop

Minhaj Women League has announced the holding of workshops and training conventions for workers from April 13 to May 10, 2016 in different districts of the country. MWL (Multan chapter) arranged an organizational and training workshop for its workers on April 17 in Multan, which was attended by Ms. Ayesha Qadri, Secretary General of MWL (South Punjab) and Aneela Ilyas, Secretary General of MWL Central Punjab. A large number of office holders and workers of MWL attended the event.

The proceedings of the programme got underway with the recitation from the holy Quran followed by Naat. Ms. Huma Ismail, President of MWL Multan, delivered the welcome address and thanked the central leaders and office holders in the programme. Ms. Madeeha Javed, General Secretary Multan, presented the progress report of the district chapter.

In her lecture, Ms. Ayesha Qadri appreciated the performance of district chapter of Multan. She said that conveying the message of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri in every nook and corner is our responsibility. She emphasized the need of making holding of lectures on the Holy Quran more regular. She said that we need to work harder on strengthening our connection with the person of the Holy Prophet (SAW), adding that the Durood sessions are the best means to achieve this purpose. She also briefed the participants about the working plan and new organizational network.

The workshop came to an end with Dua.
