Children belonging to the Eagers forum, a subsidiarity body of Minhaj Women League, took out a procession by holding candles in their hands to welcome the arrival of the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal. It is their way of expressing their love for the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri welcomed the procession.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that if we want our children to become practising Muslims and act upon the teachings of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then we need to make them aware of the Islamic teachings which can be done by encouraging them to take part in moral and religious activities.

Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said on this occasion that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a great love for the children. He (peace and blessings be upon him) would always make sure that the children's needs of education and training are fulfilled. He said the Prophet of Islam (peace and blessings be upon him) had such a deep affection with Hazrat Imam Hassan (Alayhis-salam) and Hazrat Imam Hussain (Alayhis-salam) that he would lengthen his prostration so that his grandchildren could enjoy sitting on his shoulders.

Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri congratulated the Eagers forum for arranging the Milad processions. He said MWL has started an amazing project for the awareness and moral training of the children, which is commendable.
