Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri expresses sympathy with quake victims

Expressing his deep sorrow and grief at the loss of precious human lives caused by the earthquake that hit Baluchistan yesterday, the Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, has instructed the Minhaj Welfare Foundation to undertake immediate relief and rehabilitation operations in the affected areas. Talking to the Nazim-e-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi on telephone from Canada, Shaykh-ul-Islam directed that no efforts should be spared for the help of the quake affected people. He said Minhaj Welfare Foundation had spent millions of rupees on the rehabilitation of people who were hit hard in the unfortunate earthquake in 2005. “In these difficult times, MWF would make all possible efforts to help the Baluch brethren mired in trouble, he concluded.”
