As part of the preparations for the Rabi-ul-Awwal Campaign 2026, the Dawah & Training Department, Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL) is conducting a Three-Day Training Session for Field Scholars. This comprehensive training program is designed to strengthen the intellectual, spiritual, and practical capabilities of Field Scholars, equipping them to effectively convey the message of the Holy Prophet ﷺ with wisdom, sincerity, confidence, and excellence. The sessions focus on developing effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and organizational competence to ensure impactful outreach during the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

The first session was conducted by Respected Mrs. Hafiza Sehar Ambreen on the topic "Becoming an Effective Stage Secretary: Presentation Skills, Time Management & Impactful Communication." She highlighted the key responsibilities and qualities of an effective stage secretary, emphasizing confident presentation, disciplined time management, clear articulation, and meaningful audience engagement. Participants also received practical guidance on conducting programs professionally, managing stage proceedings efficiently, and communicating with confidence and clarity.

The interactive session empowered participants to enhance their public speaking and stage management skills while building the confidence and professionalism required to effectively represent the mission of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League during the Rabi-ul-Awwal Campaign 2026.
