Central Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League team conducts a cross-section work-study of Gujranwala local chapter and its PP organizations

The central MWL team comprising Nazima WL Miss Sumaira Rafaqat Advocate and Miss Sajida Sadiq Naib Nazima MWL paid a two-day detailed visit to its Gujranwala local chapter and all its PP organizations on 28 and 29th April 2010. The visit aimed at monitoring the pace, quality as well as quantity of the output of PP chapters, measuring and evaluating their achievements of V-12 priorities and targets of annual working plan, sorting out the lacuna or problem areas if any, and finding the solutions thereof. During the meetings, Nazima WL especially laid emphasis on training of all the PP-local chapter teams in the fields of intellectual, ideological, organizational and administrative departments of work. She expressed her views emphatically to gear up the efforts and enhance standard of work to muster maximum possible numerical strength in terms of membership and affiliations.

On Tuesday, the 28th of April, the team visited PP-91, 92, 93, 94 and 95 in their respective areas whereas PP- 96, 97, 98 and 99 were visited in their own areas the next day on 29th April, 2010. Nazima Women League Miss Sumaira Rafaqat Advocate conducted a cross-section study of local chapters during the meeting, developing a high level mutual familiarization with all the team members, knowing them individually and personally with an intention to boost close working for the objectives and fixed targets. The sessions were held with each chapter at different places spread over a vast span. The meeting format included, acclimatization, sharing vision of V-12, taking the bearing from where to stand today surveying and analyzing the preceding performance and the results achieved so far. The performance put forth so far was plausible and Nazima WL encouraged her teams generously to charge them with the real enthusiasm to serve the mission.

She strived to make home the idea that everyone of the WL Teams of local chapters has to feel deeply the responsibility towards the mission, spreading the message practically to assimilate the results in the form womenfolk joining Minhaj-ul-Quran in droves and building up a number unmatched so far in history. That is the only way to promote the Prophetic Mission and draw our destination far near. Affiliation (Wabastagi), Regular Membership (Rafaqat) and Life-Membership are the targets we have to achieve, for which we do not have much of time at our disposal. While talking to the local chapters, Sumaira Rafaqat Advocate urged upon expanding the organizational net-work more and more and stabilizing it through dedicated Dawa and Training work in the field. In this regard, establishment of more and more Halqa jat Drood and spreading this most commendable activity down to the street level, involving every family residing in a locality in invoking Drood on the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace be upon him) is the easiest method to achieve the laid down targets.

All such meetings were followed by a detailed question-answer session removing doubts if any about the programme and the methodology adopted to achieve the targets. All the participants liked it and declared it a useful activity. The visit by the Central Women League Team in this way made a break-through in finding out the ground realities in respect of the fieldwork and setting the things straight to ensure achievement of the objectives in a the most effective manner.
