The Hague: Mawlid-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference held

By the Grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) and His Beloved Prophet (PBUH), Minhaj Women and Sisters League (The Hague, Netherlands) organized a Mahfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi (pbuh) named 'Barakaat-e-Mustafa' in the centre of The Hague. The program took place on 15th of October. Around 250 women including the children attended this program.

The program was hosted by Adeela N. Mahmood. She did not only host the program but uplifted everyone with beautiful different Ahadith and Kalaam. The program was started with a beautiful Quran recitation and translation by Sajida Syed.

After that Farhat Zulfiqar read a Hamd. Other ladies recited different Anasheed and expressed their love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Special thanks to the young members of Minhaj Education Society and Minhaj Sisters League who recited the Qasida Burdah Sharif and other beautiful Anasheed with their groups.

The main lecture was delivered by respected speaker from the UK, Aalima Faiza Qadri. She got her Master's degree in Islamic studies and graduated as a Aalima Fazila from Minhaj-ul-Quran Pakistan.

Faiza Qadri explained in a beautiful way how to love the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and to celebrate the beautiful month of Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).

She emphasized the importance of following the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and gave the audience a deep insight of the Quranic Verse "Qul in kuntum tuhibbunAllah fattabiouni..." (Surah Al-i-Imran V:31). She shared several Ahadith and mentioned the work and message of Shaykh ul Islam and Minhaj-ul-Quran.

The ceremony ended with a beautiful Salaam recited by Minhaj Sisters League and a Dua which was done by Aalima Faiza Qadri.

Food was served at the end. It was a successful program with positive feedback from the women and sisters who attended the program.
