A one-day “Training of Trainers (TOT)” workshop was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League at the Central Secretariat in Model Town. District-level organizations from Central Punjab participated in the workshop. The aim was to provide practical guidance on organizational development, establishing centers of knowledge, and the effective and positive use of social media.

Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, addressed the workshop online. He emphasized that women preachers should regard religious service as an honor and present themselves as positive role models in society so that future generations are provided with a bright and balanced future. He said women's education is not only a means of personal advancement but a guarantee of national development.

He noted that Islam has granted women a high status and honored them in roles such as mother, sister, daughter, and wife. Exemplary personalities like Hazrat Khadijah (RA), Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa (RA), and Fatimah al-Zahra (RA) are outstanding role models for women.

Dr. Qadri stated that the Mothers of the Believers and other female companions of the Prophet played key roles in religious education, societal reform, and women’s education. Today’s women should follow in their footsteps and spread the message of Islam. He stressed that in the modern era, the dissemination of Islamic teachings by women is crucial in addressing the moral and spiritual challenges faced by society.

Other speakers at the workshop included Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Deputy Secretary General (Organizations) Engineer Muhammad Rafiq Najam, Brigadier (R) Umar Hayat, Director Social Media Abdul Sattar Minhajian, Head of Coordination Council Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Lubna Mushtaq, Mrs. Irshad Iqbal, Saima Noor, Hira Dilbar Awan, Rabia Shafiq, Ayesha Batool, and Iqra Mubeen.
