During the Milad-un-Nabi program organized by MWL and Minhaj Sisters Oslo, the keynote session was delivered by Mrs. Basima Qadri.

In her talk, she reflected on the blessed Seerah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, reminding everyone of his unmatched beauty, noble adab (etiquette), and perfect character. She explained that those who were in his presence were overcome with love — some captivated by his radiant beauty, others by the immense respect and reverence his noble qualities inspired.

She emphasized that the Prophet ﷺ was known for his gentleness in speech, his warmth in interacting with people, and his ability to treat everyone with fairness and compassion. He never raised his voice unnecessarily, but always met people with a smile and words filled with kindness.

Her lecture was a beautiful reminder that the birth of the Prophet ﷺ is not only a moment to celebrate, but also an opportunity to reflect on his life and to embody his character in our own.
