The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and the recitation of naats in praise of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Following this, Mrs. Rozina Riaz, President of MWL Islamabad, delivered the welcome address and highlighted the religious and spiritual significance of Milad gatherings. She emphasized that these gatherings not only revive our love for the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) but also serve as reminders to practically adopt His teachings in our lives.
On this occasion, the President of Mustafa Sisters Islamabad, Mrs. Alesha Qadri, introduced the mission of Mustafa Sisters and presented an overview of their religious and social services in various sectors. The Eggerz Stars also expressed their devotion by performing the "Walk of Light" and reciting Naatiya Kalam, which was greatly appreciated by the audience.
Mrs. Lubna Mushtaq (Head Coordination Council) delivered a comprehensive speech on the noble character of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the context of the Quranic verse "And indeed, you are of a great moral character" (Quran 68:4). She highlighted the aspects of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) patience, humility, mercy, justice, and forbearance. She emphasized that true love for the Prophet (PBUH) is not limited to verbal claims, but is manifested in adopting His character and sunnah in daily life. She invited the participants to become part of the Mustafa Mission to spread the message of peace, knowledge, and spiritual renewal in society.
The conference was attended by distinguished guests, including Mrs. Moazma Yousaf (Director NADRA), Dr. Iqra Akram (MBBS), Mrs. Fariha Yousaf (Finance Manager FNF NGO and Finance Specialist National Police Foundation Islamabad), Miss Samia (Sub Inspector FIA), Mrs. Razia Naveed (Former President MWL), Engineer Misbah Akram, Mrs. Shahid (Lecturer APS), Mrs. Sadia Tariq (Lecturer Bahria College), Mrs. Hira (Coordinator Rubric Education System), and nearly 400 women from various walks of life. The women not only actively participated in the celebrations of the Prophet's birth but also resolved to seek guidance from His life and teachings.
At the end of the program, Mrs. Salma Farooq (Nazima Dawat MWL Islamabad) led the closing prayer. The event proved to be a spiritually uplifting and heartwarming gathering, which illuminated the hearts of the participants with the love of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the light of His noble character.
