Dr. Ghazala Qadri Highlights Foundations of Strong Leadership and Dawah in her address at At-Tarbiyah Day 2

Dr. Ghazala Qadri opened her address by warmly welcoming sisters from across Pakistan and appreciating the efforts of Lubna Mushtaq, Irshad Iqbal, Saima Noor, all organizers, and the social media team. She emphasized that time management and discipline are core principles of organizational stability, noting that weaknesses in these areas create obstacles in achieving results. She acknowledged that participation in women’s programs is consistently high and commended Lahore Zone for its outstanding performance.

She stressed that the growth of MWL depends on self-accountability, consistent effort, strong communication, and results aligned with the organizational framework. Personal development, character-building, and internal motivation are essential for becoming effective da‘iyāt and for conveying the message of Shaykh-ul-Islam at every level. Dr. Ghazala Qadri explained that without passion, clarity of purpose, and awareness of the mission, results remain limited and decline begins.

Highlighting the religious obligation of Dawah, she reminded the participants that it is both Fard-e-Ayn and Fard-e-Kifayah, and accountability will be questioned on the Day of Judgment. She encouraged teams to cultivate spiritual concern and sincere love for the mission, regularly listen to Shaykh-ul-Islam’s lectures, and stay firmly connected to Qur’an circles, Marakiz al-Ilm, and training programs. She clarified that worldly responsibilities are not rejected, but Dawah must not be overshadowed by them.

Dr. Ghazala Qadri reaffirmed that Minhaj-ul-Quran is a global revivalist movement selected to renew the values of faith, knowledge, and peace. She highlighted the intellectual contribution of the movement against atheism and extremism, calling every worker to become a stakeholder, not just a participant.

She stressed that strong foundations are essential for building a strong organization—clear responsibilities, documentation, coordination, and written meeting minutes prevent misunderstandings and ensure continuity. She praised Lahore Zone for excellence in this area. She ended by urging members to strengthen bonds, follow up consistently, reinforce Marakiz al-Ilm, and contribute collectively toward national targets, reminding them that documentation is the memory of the organization and essential for unity and progress.
