On the second day of Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2025, an interactive session was held aimed to train central leaders, zonal heads, and participants in effective fieldwork, teamwork, and organizational responsibilities.
Dr. Ghazala Qadri highlighted the essence of mission work, emphasizing clarity of purpose, emotional connection with the mission, and the importance of practicing Dawah not only in programs but also within one’s social circles. She reiterated that every worker must understand her role, follow organized processes, and carry the message of Minhaj-ul-Quran with sincerity and confidence.
The session focused on the establishment and strengthening of Marakiz al-Ilm, guiding participants step-by-step on how to initiate new centers, organize local circles, and ensure proper training delivery. She explained that these centers serve as intellectual and spiritual pillars of the organization.
Participants received practical guidance on conducting training gatherings, introducing Shaykh-ul-Islam’s teachings, and maintaining continuity of learning through halqa-e-darood and post-household study circles. Dr. Ghazala Qadri reminded the attendees that mission work thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and regular engagement.
