Dr. Ghazala Qadri’s Special Address | Day 3 | Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2025

Dr-Ghazala Qadri Special Address Day 3 Al Tarbiyah Camp

On the third day of Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2025, Dr. Ghazala Qadri, President Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League International, delivered an insightful lecture. She congratulated the central team, Central Punjab, and all participants for the successful completion of the three-day training camp. She emphasized that no organization is ever “perfect”; continual improvement—both individual and collective—is the key to real stability.

Dr. Ghazala Qadri highlighted that a strong system ensures that organizational work never depends on one person. She urged every worker to ask herself why she is part of MWL and what inner passion must drive her commitment. Just as worldly concerns—children’s education or a husband’s job—create urgency in one’s heart, the mission must also become a living concern within.

She reminded participants that Dawah is fard ‘ayn, just like hijab and salah. Today, when pen and paper have been replaced by mobile phones, social media has become an essential tool of Islamic outreach. Referring to Quranic verses, she explained that calling people to goodness, protecting families and communities from misguidance, and promoting truth and patience are core elements of faith.

Dr. Ghazala Qadri also praised Central Punjab as a strong organizational unit. She quoted prophetic teachings on enjoining good and forbidding evil, stating that Pakistan’s social conditions demand active moral reform. Just as one does not abandon prayer for lack of a prayer mat, mission work too must never stop.

She spoke about the unique identity of Minhaj-ul-Quran as the tajjaddudi (revivalist) movement of this era, entrusted by Allah’s Messenger ﷺ for reviving the fading values of deen. Through powerful examples—revival of Mawlid, acceptance of waseelah, countering extremism through the historic Fatwa, and empowering women—she illustrated the transformative impact of Shaykh-ul-Islam’s leadership.

Dr. Ghazala Qadri reminded the participants that they are among the founding contributors of this mission, and their reward continues eternally. Gratitude means fulfilling the responsibility of service. Sharing memories of her mother’s da’wah spirit even in moments of joy and sorrow, she encouraged participants to stay firm, patient, and connected.

She stressed organizational essentials:

– clarity of purpose before every program

– identifying and engaging new active members

– proper delegation and accountability

– at least 50% message outreach to women and youth

– mandatory registration desks and data collection

– meaningful interaction with every participant

– turning partial success into complete success through follow-up and feedback

Dr. Ghazala Qadri emphasized that documentation is the backbone of stability—meeting minutes must be recorded and shared to avoid misunderstandings and to track annual performance. She closed by highlighting Marakiz al-Ilm as MWL’s landmark project and a sacred trust of the Mustafavi Mission.
