In her talk, Dr. Ghazala Qadri outlined the essential parameters for selecting and studying a role model. She emphasized that a true role model embodies unwavering Yaqeen (certainty of faith), Tawakkul (trust in Allah), and persistent hard work. Referring to the Qur’anic principle that when you determine, then put your trust in Allah Almighty. She highlighted the importance of setting clear objectives and remaining steadfast despite challenges.
She further said that transformation begins with personal effort, determination, and faith. She explained that while every event in the universe occurs with divine wisdom, human beings themselves can become the source of positive change in their own lives.
Reflecting on the life and mission of Shaykh-ul-Islam, Dr. Ghazala Qadri highlighted his resilience in the face of personal hardships, including the early loss of his parents and brother. His intellectual contributions have become the subject of numerous PhD studies, reflecting his far-reaching impact.
Dr. Ghazala Qadri emphasized that the ultimate role model for humanity is the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The lives of the Prophets serve as guiding lights, and believers are taught to seek the straight path through exemplary models grounded in faith, character, and service.
