A Reinforcement Training Workshop was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League District Jhelum, bringing together office bearers from Tehsil Jhelum 1, Tehsil Jhelum 2, and Tehsil Dina for learning, motivation, and organizational development.

The workshop began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Ms. Sameera Shaheen, followed by Ms. Rashida and Ms. Maryam, who presented naats in devotion to the Holy Prophet ﷺ. The session was hosted by Ms. Rahila Riffat.

The workshop featured a series of engaging and practical sessions:

1: Principles of Modern Dawah — Ms. Lubna Mushtaq : This session focused on understanding how to communicate the message of Islam in today’s world with wisdom, positive engagement, and effective communication methods.
2: How to Build Strong and Effective Relationships — Ms. Rabia Mazhar Participants discussed the importance of building meaningful connections within the organization, supporting one another, and creating a stronger and more united team environment.
3: Organizational Responsibilities and Teamwork — Ms. Maryam Naeem This session emphasized the importance of fulfilling responsibilities with commitment, working collaboratively, and achieving goals through teamwork and coordination.
4: Movement and Motivation — Ms. Sameera Shaheen Participants were encouraged to remain active, committed, and connected with the mission of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League while continuing their efforts with dedication and enthusiasm.

Participants also listened to a special address by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri titled “Make Religion a Way of Life, Not a Ritual,” highlighting the importance of practicing Islamic values in everyday life.

During the workshop, Ms. Salma Shabbir congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and led them in taking a pledge to fulfill their responsibilities with sincerity and excellence. At the end, Ms. Rabia Mazhar (Deputy Nazima North Punjab) appreciated the efforts of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League District Jhelum for organizing a successful workshop. The workshop concluded with a collective prayer led by Ms. Samina Kausar.
