Transform Homes into Hubs of Knowledge to Lay the Foundation for a Mustafavi Society: Chairman Supreme Council Minhaj-ul-Quran

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Engr. Rafiq Najam, Ghulam Murtaza Alvi, and Lubna Mushtaq Address Minhaj Women League Training Workshop.

A training session titled Training of Trainers (TOT) was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League at the central secretariat in Lahore for the representative women of Northern Punjab and Islamabad zones. Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran, delivered a special address via audio link.

He emphasized that homes should be transformed into centers of knowledge to build the foundation of a Mustafavi (Prophetic) society and encouraged women across the country to actively participate in the movement to establish 25,000 knowledge centers. He said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri envisions progress through education and training.

Highlighting the importance of a teacher, he said, “A true teacher is one who continues to learn and imparts that knowledge to others. A person who believes they know everything is in fact the most ignorant and arrogant. The real learner is one who acknowledges their lack of knowledge.”

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri shared that Shaykh-ul-Islam has cherished books and study throughout his life and continues to study like a student to this day, stating, “I am still learning and teaching.” This humility and modesty belong to a personality who has gifted over 700 books to the Ummah, with more than 300 currently in the process of publication. He added that knowledge is a continuous process.

He further stated, “Minhaj-ul-Quran is working to establish 25,000 knowledge centers across the country so that every home becomes a center of knowledge, peace, training, and Prophetic thought. Transforming homes into knowledge hubs will initiate the process of eliminating societal corruption and bring about reform. Individual and household reform is essential, as society is built upon the reformation of individuals.”

Concluding his address, he remarked, “The greatest blessing of this era is Minhaj-ul-Quran, which is currently the largest movement serving the Quran and Sunnah. Women must play a vital role in shaping society and turn the awakening of knowledge and awareness into a national movement.”

The event was also addressed by Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Secretary-General of Minhaj-ul-Quran International; Engr. Muhammad Rafiq Najam, Deputy Secretary-General (Organizational Affairs); Ghulam Murtaza Alvi, Deputy Secretary-General (Training); Mrs. Irshad Iqbal and Saima Noor (Members of Coordination Committee); Hafizah Sehr Ambarin, Director of Dawah and Training; Abdul Sattar Minhajian, Director of Social Media.

Other notable attendees included Brigadier (R) Umar Hayat, Noorullah Siddiqui, Sardar Umar Daraz Khan of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, and representatives of Minhaj Women League including Lubna Mushtaq, Ayesha Batool, Kulsoom Kamar, Hina Fatima, Rabia Shafaq, along with women participants from Northern Punjab and Islamabad who took part with great enthusiasm.
