Women Itikaf 2018: Day 2

Around 12 pm, the first activity of the day started with Halqa Jaat (The learning circles of Quran, Sunnah and Fiqh). The prestigious teaching staff along with the management have organized them in nine different places. For Mustafavi Students Movement Sisters have their own Halqa which means the total of 10 Halaqa Jaat. The syllabus for these Halqa Jaat includes, Tajweed, translation along with grammar, Sunnah and Fiqh

They had a zuhr prayer. After zuhr prayer they had mehfils in their rooms. Around 4 o clock Dr. Ghazala Hassan Qadri and Fizza Hussain Qadri along with Baji Jan and Durra Baji came to meet female participants. Dr. Ghazala Hussain Qadri visited the Zaynab Hall. She went into every room, talked to the ladies there and asked their views about the arrangements and facilities. The female participants really admired the arrangements and the kindness of the team. Fizza Hussain Qadri visited the Kahdija hall. She met the ladies and asked them about their experiences of sitting in Itikaf. The participants were really satisfied with the administration.

At Asr time, there was a Mahfil-e-Zikr o Naat organized by the management committee. President MWL Farah Naz welcomed all the participants. Nazima MWL Afnan Baber shared the important notes with the participants.

The Naat councils read beautiful naats. There was a speech about “Ahl-Ullah ki sohbat mein baythna” by Fizza Hussain Qadri. It was a great speech which really sat deep into the hearts.

Mess committee is responsible for delivering food to all the blocks, floors and even into every room. The food for iftaar was delivered on time and all ladies had a great iftar Alhamdulillah. After Maghrib prayer, they had a time for relaxing and preparing for Trawih. After Isha a great gathering was there for Trawih. Around 12:30, a great lecture on the topic “Masnavi Maulana Rum” was delivered by Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The lecture ended at 2:45 am and then all ladies had a sahri.
