Milad Activities By Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Lahore, Pakistan

By the Grace of Allah Almighty and the blessings of our beloved Rasool Muhammad Mustafa Sallallaho allay ha Wasalam and the blessings of our Quaid Hazoor Shykh-ul-Islam his eminence Prof .Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri almost 150 Mahafil-e-Milaad were organized in celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n women league Lahore.

The first Gathering took place on 1st Rabi-ul-Awal at Central Secretariat Minhaj-ul-Qura’n International. The whole secretariat was beautifully decorated. Brother Hammad Mustafa Al-Arabi Al-Qadri opened the gathering with recitation of the Holy Quran. Brother Hammad Mustafa Al-Arabi Al-Qadri, Brother Ahmad Mustafa Al-Madni Al- Qadri and Sister Basima Hassan Qadri recited Melodious Nasheeds. This beautiful Mehfil was presided by Hazoor Shykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri & his family members were the guests of Honor.

A huge gathering celebrated Mehfil-e-Milaad held by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Ravi Town on 2nd Rabi-ul-Awal at Jalal Marriage Hall. Sister Ayesha Shabbier (President Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Lahore) delivered a very heart warming speech on the importance of celebrating Milaad-un-Nabi (S.A.W.) and its objectives. She said that the first and foremost objective of Milaad Celebration is to thank Almighty Allah (S.W.T.) for His greatest favor He bestowed upon us. Indeed this is the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.). Other objectives include strengthening the relation with our Beloved Prophet (S.A.W.), spreading the Love of Prophet (S.A.W.) among the audience and specially the children. During her motivating speech some participants decided to hold celebrations of Milaad-un-Nabi (S.A.W) in their houses.

On the same day another program was arranged by sisters of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Gulberg Town. This beautiful Mehfil-e-Milaad was arranged at Link Road & 550 sisters participated to show their love for Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.) Sister Rafia Ali (Central Director Irfan-ul-Qura’n Center) made a speech on Importance of Milaad-e-Mustafa (S.A.W.)

The third grand annual gathering of Milaad-un-Nabi (S.A.W) was held at Saeed Center Hall. The hall was decorated with lights. The program started with recitation of The Holy Quran. Nasheeds were recited by many local naatkhwan sisters. Sister Tahira Firdous Advocate (Director Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Lahore) delivered a speech on the Virtues of Darood and Salaam.

On 3rd Rabi-ul-Awal Sister Iffat Waheed (Central Director of Training Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Pakistan.) organized a beautiful Mehfil-e-Milaad at Marhaba Banquette Hall on the occasion of her marriage. All the sisters of Central women League were also invited. Mrs. Fatima Mash’hadi (Central President Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League) talked on Uswa-e-Hasana. 80 sisters from youth participated in this Mehfil.

The 4th gathering of Milaad-Un-Nabi (S.A.W.) took place at Rehmat Banquet Hall by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Wahga Town. 5000 sisters from youth & old were present in the spiritual gathering. Sister Rabia Ashraf (Central Coordinator Irfan-ul-Qura’n Center, Pakistan) recited verses from The Holy Quran. Minhaj Naat Council recited Nasheeds. Then Sister Ayesha Shabbier (President Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Lahore) delivered a speech on Ta’luq-e-Mustafa (S.A.W.).

The 4th gathering was organized by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Iqbal Town on 4th Rabi-ul-Awal. The Mehfil started with recitation of Holy Quran by Sadaf Iqbal (Central Secretary Media & Public Relations Pakistan). Mrs. Irshad Iqbal (Nazima Allama Iqbal Town Lahore) hosted the program. She welcomed all guests and thanked all for coming to this Mehfil. Minhaj Naat Council Johar Town recited a number of melodious Nasheeds and moved the whole audience in love of The Beloved Prophet (S.A.W.). Sister Rabia Ghafoor (Coordinator Central Irfan-ul-Qura’n Center Pakistan) spoke on Ishq-e-Mustafa (S.A.W.). Her speech was highly appreciated by the listeners. Alhamdulillah 5 sisters joined Minhaj-ul-Qura’n women league. A very emotional duaa was led by Mrs. Shahida Butt(Nazima U.C123) and the conference ended with Ziafat e Milaad.

On the 5th of Rabi-ul-Awal Milaad-un-Nabi (S.A.W.) gathering was organized by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Nishter Town in Rakh Chand Rai Government School. 900 sisters participated actively in this Mehfil. Sister Irshad Iqbal made a magnificent speech & said that in which she said that we need to establish a relation with the Beloved Messenger (S.A.W.) the same way the Companions (Khulafa-i-Rashedeen) (May Allah be well pleased with them) did. Their relation with the Beloved Prophet (S.A.W.) was not based on intellect but purely Love. The Mission of MQI is to strengthen the relation with Holy Prophet (S.A.W).blessed Mehfil.

Another Mehfil for children was also arranged on the same day by sisters of Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Aziz Bhatti Town. About 50 children participated in this Mehfil. Sister Marriam Hafeez (Central vice Director of Training) delivered a beautiful lecture on Sunnahs of Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.)

On 6th Rabi-ul-Awal Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Saman Abad Town arranged a beautiful Mehfil-e-Milaad at Marriage Hut Park in which 950 sisters participated. Sister Irshad Iqbal (Nazima Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.) made a special lecture on Ishq-e-Rasool (S.A.W.) Every eye busted into tears & 5 sisters requested to get membership for Halqa-e-Darood.

On the 7th of Rabi-ul-Awal First Annual Mehfil-e- Milaad took place at Shadmani Marriage Hall, Gulberg Town. 1000 sisters joined this blessed gathering. Sister Sadaf Iqbal (Central Secretary Media & public relations) delivered a special lecture on Ata’at-e-Rasool (S.A.W.).This Mehfil ended on special duaa by Sister Samina Saleem (Coordinator Iqbal Town Lahore.) On the 8th of Rabi-ul-Awal Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Shalimar Town arranged a Mehfil-e-Milaad in Singh Pura Academy. Alhamdulillah 600 sisters participated & a large number of sisters requested Membership forms of Minhaj-ul-Qura’n. During her lecture Sister Zunaira said that Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League is working for the upliftment of Deen-e-Islam & to rebuild the broken relation of Muslim Ummah with the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.)

On 9th Rabi-ul-Awal Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League arranged a beautiful Mehfil at Liberty Castle. This was a very spiritual and special gathering. The participants of this blessed gathering became emotional and all cried in love of Holy Prophet (S.A.W.). Addressing the gathering Mrs. Fatima Mash’hadi (President Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League) said that this is special fayz of mission of Minhaj-ul-Quran which is based on Love of the Beloved Prophet (S.A.W.). This Mehfil ended with the salutations sent upon the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.).

Sister Khadeeja Fatima (Central Vice Director of Dawat. Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Pakistan) spoke to a gathering of 1500 sisters in a grand Milaad-e-Mustafa (S.A.W.), on 10th Rabi-ul-Awal, organized by Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League Wahga Town at Fateh Shadi Hall Wahga Town Lahore. She said that in order to succeed in the world here & here after we have to follow the path of Sunnah.

On the same day 5other blessed Mahafil were organized by sisters of Ravi town, Iqbal Town &Shalimar Town in Sheikh Hospital Hall, Shah Noor Marriage Hall & Singh Pura Naat Academy respectively. In these Mahafil Sister Marriam Safdar, Sister Zari Latif & Sister Ayesha Shabbier spoke to a huge crowd of Aashiqaan-e-Mustafa (S.A.W.)

We are thankful to all those who put their efforts in making all these programs successful.

A thousand times thanks to Almighty Allah that He gave us strength enough to celebrate so many blessed Milaad gatherings. This is all due to the supplications and the fayz of Sayyadi Sheikh-ul-Islam.

May Allah (S.A.W.) keep us attached with this blessed mission and accept our humble efforts for the revival of Ishq-e-Rasool (S.A.W.).
